S&R Solar Systems is offering a profitable investment opportunity consisting of a 996,87 kW photovoltaic (PV) project to be installed in Germany, in the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern region. Project name: Neu Boltenhagen
Project
· The PV plant will build on an agricultural exploitation
· The PV modules will be placed on several roofs, with multiple orientations.
· Roof surface renovation: the existing roofs with asbestos will be replaced by new metal sheets prepared for quick & easy installation of the PV modules.
· The asbestos removal & new roof surfaces will be performed by the building owner.
Permits and Licences
· The project is fully authorised & ready to be build.
· S&R Solar Systems is the owner of the project rights and surface rights.
Project Highlights
· Quality construction, polycrystalline PV modules & inverters.· New roofs - PV modules will be installed on brand new roofs.
· Average expected electricity production is ca. 970,79 kWh/kWp.
· FIT for roof mounted plant of 0,2606 €/kWh.
· IRR = 20,3% (IRR on equity, based on a financial simulation with 15% Equity and 85% loan).
· PV System price is 1.865 €/kWp.
· Roof rent (prepaid) is 449 €/kWp for a period of 29 years.
· Completion date & grid connection: December 2011.
