S&R Solar Systems is offering a profitable investment opportunity consisting of a 642,48 kW photovoltaic (PV) project to be installed in Germany, in the Saarland region.

Project
· The PV modules will be placed on two roofs.
· Roof surface renovation: the existing roofs with asbestos will be completely replaced by new metal sheets prepared for quick & easy installation of the PV modules.
· The asbestos removal & new roof surfaces will be performed by the building owner, prior to installation of the PV system.
Permits and Licences
· The project is fully authorised & ready to be build.
· S&R Solar Systems is the owner of the project rights and surface rights.
Project Highlights
· New roofs - PV modules will be installed on brand new roofs.
· Average expected electricity production is ca. 939,24 kWh/kWp.
· FIT (Einspeisevergütung) for roof mounted plant of 0,261 €/kWh.
· IRR = 19,3% (IRR on equity, based on a financial simulation with 15% Equity and 85% loan).
· PV System price is 2.030 €/kWp.
· Roof rent is 299 €/kWp for a period of 29 years, payable 50% upon signature of roof rental contract and 50% upon grid connection of the PV system.
· Completion date & grid connection: December 2011.
